Single-story house of 140 m² with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite shower rooms and toilets. The fourth bedroom has a spacious shower room and a separate toilet. A comfortable sofa bed is located on a large mezzanine office, providing two extra sleeping places. The house features a small gym, a beautiful terrace with a plancha grill, and a cozy area under a pergola for pleasant summer evenings. Enjoy a private heated pool from May to October. The garden surrounds the house, offering a lovely space for family or friends to relax. There is also a pétanque court outside. The property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. In the large living-dining area, you will find a TV, a big table for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available in the garage for longer stays. Parties (bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, etc.) are not allowed on the property. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Chalet Le Dru welcomes you to Les Marécottes, just 40 minutes from Chamonix, in the heart of a charming Swiss village. This traditional wooden chalet, dating from 1828, has been fully renovated. With 100 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with a large southeast-facing balcony, a living room with a sofa bed and beautiful fireplace, plus a children’s/teenagers’ dormitory. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate WC in the entrance hall with storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. For your comfort, you have Wi-Fi, a TV, heating in the living room and bedrooms, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Outside, enjoy shared ski-in/ski-out access, making it easy to reach the slopes just 200 m away. Toys and books are available for children, making this an ideal family getaway. A parking space is available on site, and street parking is also possible. There are bike and ski storage rooms for your equipment. A shuttle service to the train station and cable cars is offered, and public transport is nearby. Please note that events are not allowed at the property. The chalet is 200 m from ski lifts and 400 m from the train station, a natural swimming pool in a rocky valley, and a beautiful zoo. The nearby village of Salvan offers an ice rink for even more fun.
